For corrections: include the URL of the page you’re writing about, the specific text you believe is incorrect, and the source for the correction. We answer all corrections in writing and update affected pages with a visible date stamp.

For operator press: include your brand name, your role, and the topic. We do not pre-share rankings, do not accept gifts, and do not run sponsored content.

For reader questions: we receive more reader mail than we can answer individually, but we read every message and the most common questions feed our weekly FAQ updates.
