US State Legality

Sweepstakes casinos are legal in most US states under federal sweepstakes law. Individual operators, however, may restrict additional states based on their own legal counsel.

Commonly Excluded States

Most operators do not offer service in Washington, Idaho, and Michigan. A subset of operators also exclude Nevada, New Jersey, and New York. The exclusion lists update without notice — the operator’s Terms of Service is the canonical source.

Age Requirements

18+ at minimum nationwide. 21+ is required in Massachusetts and several other jurisdictions. Operators verify at registration.
