How We Rate
Every score on Vegas Vices is built from a one-week, real-account play test at the operator, three Sweep Coin redemptions, two timed support questions, and a state-availability spot-check. Here is the weighted methodology applied uniformly to all eighteen brands on the ledger.
I. Bonus Value — 30%
Real-money equivalent value of the welcome and first-purchase offers. We normalize for GC and SC ratios so a 50 SC bonus is comparable across operators with different Gold Coin inflation curves.
II. Payout Speed — 25%
Hours from redemption request to cash or gift card delivered. We run three withdrawals at each operator and use the mean. Brands that fail KYC within a reasonable window lose points.
III. Game Library — 15%
Number, quality, and variety of slots, table games, and exclusive titles. We weight original content above recycled third-party slots, and we penalize operators that lock high-quality titles behind GC-only play.
IV. Customer Support — 15%
Response time and resolution quality across email, live chat, and social. We ask one easy question and one deliberately-tricky question, then time the resolution.
V. Trust & Safety — 15%
Operator history, parent company transparency, terms readability, and how publicly-known complaints have been handled. Brands with persistent unresolved complaints lose points.
